Qualifications

• Maintain engines, machinery and equipment to ensure systems run reliably.
• Evaluate building conditions and implement necessary adjustments.
• Develop preventative maintenance procedures for new equipment.
• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and related components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain systems providing heating, cooling, refrigeration, steam or electricity.
• Observe gauges, meters and charts to monitor system performance.
• Repair restroom fixtures and copper pipes as needed.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical tasks and lighting replacements.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical systems, trace circuits, and report findings.
• Requisition materials and perform routine preventive maintenance tasks.
