Job summary

BB&E in Atlanta seeks a Program Manager – Environmental Restoration/Remediation to lead and grow Federal environmental restoration programs. You will oversee projects, provide strategic direction, manage client relationships, and drive performance across scope, schedule, budget, safety, and compliance.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of investigation/remediation, plus program management, financial stewardship, staff development, and business development.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in environmental consulting, restoration/remediation
• DoD experience strongly preferred
• Certification requirements: PE/PG/PMP/CHMM or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of Federal environmental restoration/remediation projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic leadership across programs by anticipating challenges and turning insights into actionable priorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with Federal clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers and technical staff; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor financials, forecasts, schedules, staffing, risks and progress; take corrective actions as needed.
