BB&E Consulting Engineers and Professionals is seeking a Program Manager - Environmental Restoration/Remediation to lead Federal restoration programs from our Atlanta, GA office. You will guide scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

You will identify risks early, apply sound judgment, and develop corrective actions. Strong technical know-how in investigation/remediation, plus staff development and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in environmental consulting, restoration/remediation
• DOE/DoD federal restoration experience preferred
• Experience managing complex environmental investigation/remediation projects and programs
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred; professional certifications desired

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of Federal environmental restoration projects, providing direction across scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Serve as primary client account manager for Federal clients and regulators
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams including Project Managers, technical staff, and subcontractors
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and schedules; implement corrective actions
• Provide technical and quality oversight ensuring defensible, regulatory-compliant deliverables
• Coordinate staffing and resources across programs and manage workloads
