NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC seeks a Remedial Project Manager to lead environmental restoration projects within the Environmental Business Line. You will develop criteria, schedules, and budgets, and ensure compliance with federal agreements and environmental standards.

Your role includes managing CERCLA/RCRA investigations and coordinating with regulatory agencies, contractors, and interagency partners. U.S. citizenship, security clearance, and travel readiness required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and presenting environmental findings.
• Experience managing CERCLA/RCRA investigations and restoration sites.
• Experience reviewing contractor deliverables and overseeing contracts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project criteria, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage projects within the Environmental Restoration program and establish interagency agreements.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure environmental standards compliance.
• Develop funding and acquisition strategies and participate in regulatory interfaces.
