Job summary

BB&E Inc. is seeking a Program Manager - Environmental Restoration/Remediation to lead federal restoration programs from our Atlanta, GA office.

You will oversee DoD and other federal projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with project managers and technical staff to ensure successful outcomes. The role demands strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, client relationship skills, and the ability to develop staff and pursue new business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in environmental consulting/restoration/remediation.
• Federal environmental restoration experience required; DoD experience strongly preferred.
• PE/PG/PMP/CHMM or equivalent certification is preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Federal environmental restoration and remediation projects.
• Provide strategic leadership and anticipate challenges affecting clients, projects, and growth.
• Serve as primary client account manager with Federal clients and regulators.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, technical staff, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance: financials, forecasts, schedules, risks; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure technically sound, compliant approaches and robust quality oversight.
