Job summary

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large Federal program, accountable for staffing, service performance, financial execution, risk and customer confidence across NOSC and related workstreams. The PM will own cybersecurity operations and guide technical and management teams through disruptions and staffing challenges.

Qualifications

10+ years of cybersecurity program management experience.
Experience leading complex cyber operations with multiple teams and subcontractors.
PMP and CISSP certifications are required.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across cybersecurity, network, cloud, service mgmt, and NOSC workstreams.
Lead PMO, technical leads, and subcontractors; set decision authority and escalation paths.
Maintain 24x7x365 service coverage and staffing readiness.
Present service health, risks, and financial status to customers with clear recommendations.
Oversee major incidents and outages with government and technical leads; coordinate recovery.
Manage budgets, labor utilization, forecasts, and subcontractor performance.
Lead transition-in, knowledge transfer, and disaster recovery readiness.
Use SLAs, incidence data, and reports to drive improvements and maturity.
Work onsite with travel as needed; be available for after-hours escalations.
