Qualifications

• Experience in product or project management within software development.

• Experience with Agile delivery models (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and a DevSecOps framework.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to contract missions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and end-users and translate into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize the Agile backlog to maximize delivered value.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison to stakeholders, communicating iterations, releases, and direction.
• Identify and mitigate risks to delivery and quality.
• Support business development by contributing product insights to proposals.
