Job summary

Check Defense is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large-scale U.S. Army UAS training and logistics contract at Fort Huachuca. You will interface with Government leadership, oversee a 100+ person workforce, and ensure mission success across operations, maintenance, and IT support.

The role requires strong leadership, PM oversight, and the ability to deliver executive-level briefings while ensuring compliance with DoD policies and tight performance metrics.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, aviation, engineering, military science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience overseeing a large DoD contract.
• Experience managing 100+ personnel across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to deliver executive-level briefings to senior government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and execution oversight for multi-discipline contract operations.
• Interface between Government and contractor workforce.
• Develop PMP, manage budgets, staffing, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, TRADOC policies and regulations.
