Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Program Manager III to provide senior-level management for a UAS project at Camp Pendleton, CA. The role coordinates government stakeholders, OEM representatives, and AIR PMO requirements to ensure on-schedule delivery of intended capabilities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of UAS program management experience, with DoD and government coordination; active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of UAS program management experience.
• Ability to coordinate with Government technical experts and OEM representatives to AIR PMO requirements.
• Strong communication and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience with DoD programs or U.S. Marine Corps aviation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management oversight for UAS activities, aligning with program objectives and schedules.
• Coordinate with Government SMEs, AIR PMO personnel, and OEM reps to ensure requirements are understood and fulfilled.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables for timely execution of program objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration among Government stakeholders, technical teams, contractors, and partners.
• Identify risks and issues, communicating impacts and mitigation strategies; support PMO reviews and status briefings.
