Responsibilities

• Lead overall program strategy and execution for a complex scientific computing environment.
• Translate FDA priorities into computing capabilities, modernization plans and investments.
• Serve as senior client-facing leader with FDA leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop program plans, governance, risk management, and reporting structures.
• Oversee coordinated delivery across HPC, cloud, storage, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
