Lockheed Martin Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the FBM Structures IPT within the FBM program, reporting to the Mechanical Products Talent Center. The role manages a $50M/year budget and a team of about 65 engineers, driving planning, execution, and cost/schedule performance.

The incumbent collaborates with the Program Office and customers, ensures artifacts and schedules are delivered, mentors staff, and contributes to proposals and long-range planning while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on structures including analysis, design, build, and integration into higher level assemblies.
• Direct management experience of an engineering organization.
• Extensive cost account and earned value management experience.
• Experience with IMS development and CPA.
• Strong risk management experience and ability to mitigate and track issues.
• Excellent communication with senior management and customers.
• SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute FBM Structures elements across contracts with integrated planning and proposal delivery.
• Manage a budget of approximately $50M/year.
• Enable outcomes for the FBM Structures.
• Lead a team of about 65 engineers.
• Deliver artifacts aligned to the program schedule.
• Plan and execute tasks in the IMS baseline and manage scope.
• Lead risk and opportunities management including mitigation planning and tracking.
• Maintain the structures Baseline and configuration control.
• Serve as primary technical authority within program cost and schedule constraints.
