Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space seeks a senior Supply Chain professional to lead cost projections, risk assessments, and long-range planning for the FBM program in Denver. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and quality teams to ensure alignment with budget targets and strategic requirements.

Applicants should have 10+ years in supply chain, a bachelor’s degree, and be eligible for a US SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (procurement, subcontract administration, subcontract management, negotiation, proposal, and/or category management).
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET clearance (not required to apply, but needed for access to classified information).

Responsibilities

• Develop cost projections for external customers to ensure long-term budgeting and assumptions across program hardware.
• Identify critical parts and bottlenecks across the value stream.
• Design and implement mitigation strategies, including dual-source qualification and safety policies.
• Lead cross-functional risk-assessment workshops and maintain a resilient-supply-chain register.
• Partner with external customers to understand long-term requirements and incorporate them into planning models.
• Coordinate with internal planners, engineering, finance, and quality teams to align forecasts, costs, and quality.
• Communicate plan updates, risks, and mitigation actions to senior leadership.
