Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector in Redondo Beach, CA seeks a Principal Contracts Administrator to support the F-35 program. You will manage contract negotiations, administration, and customer communications to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The role requires FAR/DFARS expertise, US government contracting experience, and ability to travel ~10%. Security clearance (Secret) is required or can be obtained.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a contracts/related field or higher.
• Master's degree or JD/PhD with relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and contract types is required.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary interface with the customer for contractual issues.
• Monitor contract and program obligations and ensure communications of obligations.
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, administration, and customer activities.
• Review terms to address financial, delivery, IP, termination, indemnification risks and mitigate.
• Prepare and manage written communications with internal and external customers.
• Enter and maintain contract data into Contract Management System and Enterprise Accounting System.
• Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables and invoices.
• Manage classified and unclassified workloads.
