Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead end-to-end technology programs within GET. The role reports to the Senior Director, Technology Delivery and is based onsite in Miramar, Florida.

The ideal candidate brings extensive IT program leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The successful candidate will mature delivery practices, establish governance, and drive strategic outcomes with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 7+ years leading large, complex programs or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with governance, planning, budgeting and delivery oversight.
• PMO experience and stakeholder management skills.
• PM certifications like PMP/PgMP/SAFe are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs across GET.
• Partner with technology, operations, finance, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance structures including steering committees and executive reviews.
• Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Forecast staffing, budget, risks, and issues; drive issue resolution.
• Mentor delivery teams and drive accountability and excellence.
• Ensure financial transparency and value realization for programs.
