Job summary

Google San Jose, CA, USA, seeks a Program Manager III for Enterprise SaaS within Corp Eng. You will drive complex, multi-disciplinary projects from requirements through delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones and offices to keep schedules and stakeholders aligned.

• Partner with ServiceNow CoE Platform Services to unblock dependencies and enable native integrations.
• Monitor project financials and SOWs with external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience applying AI principles to project goals (e.g., experience advising teams on integrating AI capabilities or deciding on AI features based on requirements).
• Experience managing intake for product areas (e.g., selecting platforms, managing project budgets, and coordinating with vendors or contractors to build out projects).

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g. Service now, Salesforce as well as architecture and presentation delivery).
• Experience evaluating and deploying SaaS products to ensure they meet privacy and security standards, such as Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and employee exit handling.
• Understanding of basic security and privacy principles, including familiarity with concepts like Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Need-to-Know (NTK).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead strategic discovery workshops to define core business requirements, and translate them into structured sprint plans for the execution teams.
• Partner with the ServiceNow CoE Platform Services team to unblock critical dependencies, such as native Google integrations, document intake endpoints, and dashboarding.
• Monitor project financials and statements of work (SOWs) alongside external vendors to ensure deliverables meet on-time and on-budget milestones.
