Google in San Jose, CA is seeking a Program Manager III for Enterprise SaaS within Corp Eng. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from requirements to delivery, coordinating with stakeholders across engineering, legal, risk, and external partners.

The role emphasizes driving AI-enabled initiatives, managing platform concepts, and ensuring secure, compliant SaaS solutions for enterprise users. Excellent cross-team collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience applying AI principles to project goals.
• Experience managing intake for product areas with vendors or contractors to build out projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface connecting Engineering, Legal, LRE, and external system integrators.
• Prepare and present program statuses, technical roadmaps, and risk registers for alignment with Director and VP-level sponsors.
• Lead strategic discovery workshops to define core business requirements, and translate them into structured sprint plans for execution teams.
• Partner with the ServiceNow CoE Platform Services team to unblock dependencies, such as native Google integrations and dashboards.
• Monitor project financials and SOWs with external vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget milestones.
