Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• 7+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise telecommunications or network deployment programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program scope, deliverables, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer commitments.
• Develop and maintain integrated program baselines (scope, schedule, cost, milestones, resources).
• Govern baseline changes through formal change control and executive approval.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies across multiple organizations.
• Drive governance forums and executive reviews to align priorities and execution.
• Lead organizational deployment change management and adoption strategies.
• Oversee portfolio prioritization and resource planning across initiatives.
• Monitor deployment data integrity and align with business commitments.
• Provide risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and leadership recommendations.
