Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise software and supply chain transformation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Establish program governance, executive steering committees, and decision-making frameworks.
• Drive delivery against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
