Job summary

IXOPAY is seeking a highly structured, strategic Senior Program Manager, Customer Experience to serve as the programmatic anchor for our largest, most complex enterprise customer rollouts. You will align premium enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless go-lives and sustained success.

You’ll convert multi-phase deployment strategies into executable plans, drive end-to-end program architectures, and establish an enterprise-grade operating cadence with executive reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs or complex enterprise software delivery.
• Deep FinTech/payments domain expertise including PCI compliance, tokenization, and 3DS.
• Extensive background managing high-touch relationships with global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end program structures for high-value enterprise clients.
• Synchronize internal and client-side workstreams across multiple teams and vendors.
• Govern data migrations and ensure PCI-DSS compliance and secure data handling.
