Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
• Project Management, Project Coordination, and Project Documentation required.
• Salesforce Implementation Experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills preferred.
• Planning, Resourcing, Contingency Planning, and Scope Statements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple project teams to align resources and plan initiatives from kickoff through completion.
• Tracks and reports on key metrics and communicates findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manages stakeholder alignment by building relationships with internal partners and vendors.
• Maintains project documentation including plans, release readiness, and deployment timeline.
• Coordinates meetings to ensure all teams and dependencies stay on track.
• Delivers updates to various audiences to influence decision-making and strategy.
• Leads enterprise-wide projects with comprehensive PM concepts to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develops and presents comprehensive project updates covering status, risks, and finances.
• Leads post-implementation reviews to capture lessons and drive continuous improvement.
• Works on complex projects requiring in-depth evaluation and cross-functional networking.
