FieldAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to align customer needs with research and engineering priorities in Irvine. You will manage concurrent AI/ML programs, translating requirements into actionable internal work and ensuring commitments stay on track.

You will collaborate with senior technical leads and business leadership, balancing technical rigor with practical delivery in a fast-paced environment that ships field-ready AI systems.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Technical Program Management or equivalent in AI/ML
• Experience with data collection, labeling, model training, evaluation, deployment
• Experience coordinating with customers/external stakeholders to translate needs into priorities
• Proven ability to structure and steer fast-moving technical programs
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own the program-level picture across concurrent workstreams: in flight, owners, due dates, and slips
• Translate customer and product requirements into prioritized internal work and honest delivery timelines
• Serve as a program-level point of contact for deployments, communicating needs and status
• Surface risks and blockers and drive resolution across teams
• Run re-prioritization conversations when commitments change
• Build reporting that engineers will maintain and can use to steer efforts
• Collaborate with senior technical leads and leadership without dictating technical approach
