You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, manage quotes and labor pricing, and ensure ERP data integrity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management or related roles in EMS or similar industries.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer expectations and align them with company deliverables.
• Serve as main customer contact and manage program lifecycle communications.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Coordinate all interdepartmental activities to meet product timelines, delivery, quality and metrics.
• Develop quotations based on Customer RFQ and establish labor pricing.
• Maintain accurate input in the ERP system and manage sales orders.
• Manage engineering changes and coordinate the supply-chain commitment process.
• Monitor inventory levels for assigned customers.
