Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Electrode Engineering team to lead program management for the Iron-Air battery product development. You will collaborate with mechanical, materials, and battery engineers to bring designs into production and coordinate across factory operations, supply chain, and design teams.

You will own the project schedule, risk tracking, and design release processes, driving milestones from prototyping to supplier fabrication and final factory landing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical Program Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mechanical, materials, chemical, or electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in hardware R&D programs.
• Demonstrated experience with contract manufacturers and/or suppliers of high-volume custom components.

Responsibilities

• Drive electrode programs from prototyping to mass production, coordinating schedules across multiple teams.
• Maintain design release schedules from design reviews through to landing materials.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners on procurement of tools, materials, and components.
• Organize and provide routine updates on top technical and program risks and issues.
• Improve program management systems and structures to support the engineering team.
• Identify and frame key decisions and risks, and work with stakeholders to develop options.
