Job summary

MBP is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale capital programs, including architecture, building, infrastructure, and campus development projects.

The role requires executive-level oversight of planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality. Base salary ranges $130,000 to $160,000, with location-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an industry-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional registration such as CCM or CCE preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction, project controls, scheduling, cost estimating.
• Experience managing large, multi-project programs with budgets >$500M.
• Ability to manage large teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large program management team across design, procurement, and construction.
• Oversee consultants, designers, contractors, and PMs; governance and decision-making.
• Engage executive stakeholders and manage risk and budgets.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate with client departments, public agencies, educational stakeholders, and partners.
