Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a geographically dispersed ISR services contract for DoD customers within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

You will own the full lifecycle cost, schedule, and performance, coordinating with government and corporate stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget contract execution and mission success. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, PgMP or PMP certification, 12+ years of relevant PM experience including

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Contract Execution & Personnel Management: provide full-spectrum oversight of personnel and project operations to meet all contractual requirements.
• Continuity of Operations: serve as primary continuity point during staff absences to maintain performance.
• 24/7 Government Liaison: be available for direct contact by COR to support mission-critical communication.
• Leadership & Oversight: lead and supervise contractor team, set priorities, deadlines, and align with cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
