Job summary

BBN Technologies, part of RTX, seeks a forward-thinking leader to drive the integration of maturing technology into fielded platforms and programs of record. You will plan tests, coordinate demonstrations, and translate strategic objectives into a prioritized transition portfolio with NCT leads.

You will act as the primary liaison among sponsors, delivery teams, vendors, and regulators; mentor a high‑performing team of PMs, engineers, and researchers; and support proposals by shaping win themes

Qualifications

• Strong writer and communicator with ability to connect stakeholder opportunities to technical teams.
• Strong technical background in DoD/IC capabilities, EW, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Experience leading program management teams and coordinating transition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the integration of maturing technology into fielded platforms and programs of record.
• Test/Demo planning and execution, including data collection and post-test reporting.
• Shape a multi-year technology transition strategy with NCT leads and business unit leaders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, delivery teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and retain a high-performing team of program managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Support proposal writing and shape win themes and innovations for customer use cases.
• Direct phases of program maturation from inception through completion on select projects.
• Collaborate with RTX enterprise and business units to align technology roadmaps.
