Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in DoD program management.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• DAWIA Level III and PMP certifications preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams in rapid fielding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rapid prototyping plans and oversee testing strategies.
• Track schedules, manage milestones, and ensure on‑time deliverables.
• Oversee program budgets and funding allocations for prototyping initiatives.
• Prepare senior leader briefings on milestones, achievements, and transitions.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance with acquisition guidelines.
