Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics is seeking a motivated and execution-oriented Manager Programs 3 to join the RQ-4 Program Management Team. The role will oversee cost, schedule, and performance across a segment of the portfolio, coordinating proposals, baselines, and customer relations.

The position will be based in Grand Sky, ND, Palmdale, CA, or Rancho Bernardo, CA, with a hybrid telework option. A senior background in project/program management and Earned Value Management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in project/program management, engineering leadership, capture efforts, proposals, or business management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of projects and budgets.
• Management of program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliers.
• Preparation of proposals, business plans, and contract terms.
• Leading cross-functional IPTs to meet objectives.
• Reporting program performance to stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining program baselines.
