Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 3 to join the RQ-4 Program Management Team. Based in Grand Sky, ND, Palmdale, CA, or Rancho Bernardo, CA with hybrid options, you will lead cost, schedule, and performance across a portfolio of high‑impact programs. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Responsibilities include proposal work, risk management, and cross‑functional leadership of IPTs to ensure contractual requirements are met while fostering customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Ability to develop and manage schedules for a major program.
• DoD Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of projects and budgets.
• Management of program cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliers.
• Preparation of proposals, baselines, and budgets; contract terms.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet objectives.
• Deliver program performance reports to stakeholders.
