Job summary

Astrion invites a Senior Program Manager to join the team at Hanscom AFB, MA, supporting the C3BM division. The role requires Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a strong background in DoD program management, risk management, and acquisition processes.

The successful candidate will lead planning, implementation, and oversight of COOP/USAP/MICT and RMIC programs, coordinate with Air Force authorities, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• :Must be a US citizen
• :Top Secret clearance required at time of hire
• :Education requirements per the ad: a Bachelor's degree with 12 years DoD experience or 15 years related experience, including DoD exposure

Responsibilities

• :Plan, develop, implement, and maintain operations inspection programs incl. COOP, USAP/MICT, RMIC
• :Assess processes, identify deficiencies, and propose corrective actions
• :Track corrective actions and ensure timely completion
• :Prepare reports for stakeholders and liaise with Air Force authorities
• :Deliver training and promote continuous program improvement
• :Maintain records and ensure compliance with Air Force regulations
