Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Program Manager to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires top‑secret clearance with SCI eligibility, strong program management skills, and experience with DoD acquisition processes.

The position is full-time and salaried with a salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 3 years DoD experience.
• 7 years of directly related experience, 5 in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance objectives and milestone briefings.
• Develop and review acquisition documentation including APBs, LCSPs, Risk Management Plans.
• Assist with funding documentation such as Purchase Requests and MIPRs.
• Monitor and coordinate interfaces between program systems and stakeholders.
