Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Program Manager at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA to lead DoD acquisition programs within the C2ISR Division. You will coordinate IPTs, prepare acquisition documentation, and ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met; TS clearance required.

Must be a US citizen with 8+ years related experience, including 5+ in a DoD setting; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. The role is full-time and on-site at Hanscom AFB.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Support Government Program Managers and IPTs with cost, schedule, performance objectives.
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation including strategies, APBs, LCSPs, risk management plans, milestones, and reports.
• Assist with preparation and review of acquisition reports (DAES, MARs, APBs, SARs).
• Support risk management activities and run risk boards and working groups.
• Develop briefings, schedules, status reports, graphics, and documentation for senior leadership.
• Support source selection activities including evaluation criteria, RFPs, CDRLs, SOWs.
• Review documentation for consistency and compliance with DoD guidance.
• Assist with program integration, contractor deliverable tracking, and schedule management.
• Support funding documentation (Purchase Requests, MIPRs).
• Monitor interface control and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide guidance on acquisition policies and best practices.
• Support planning, capability development, event integration, analysis, and reporting.
