Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to manage purchasing, shipments, inventory, and supplier coordination to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of materials and products.

You will partner with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize processes, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate shipments and track deliveries.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Ensure accurate records of purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Prepare reports and assist with process improvement initiatives.
