Qualifications

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• More than 5 years of proven Project Manager experience with delivery of large, complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
• Deep expertise in project governance, risk and financial management in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environments.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex cross-functional initiatives with high business impact and interface with senior stakeholders.
• Define and drive project strategy, governance, delivery approach, oversee planning, execution, risk management and financial control.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Lead and coach project managers and teams, establish robust reporting, KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Anticipate risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful implementation and transition to operations.
