Job summary

Bentley Systems, a global provider of infrastructure software, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects and programs with cross-functional collaboration. You will advise on strategies to meet objectives, while improving user sentiment and coordinating with executives and SMEs. Hybrid work is preferred.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience, PMP/Prince2, engineering background, and strong communication to drive delivery and manage risks across accounts globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with large, international projects.
• PMP, Prince2 or similar certification strongly preferred.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in engineering advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera and other PM tools.
• Strong written and oral communication with leadership ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide timely reporting on project progress and success metrics.
• Link activities within a program to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions to meet project timelines.
• Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments at all levels.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Success Managers on delivery strategy.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments as a key contact.
• Identify risks and issues early and propose mitigation solutions.
• Contribute to development of PM processes and best practices.
