Advanced Acoustic Concepts, LLC, a Thales subsidiary, seeks a Manager I/II Program Management to drive technical, schedule and cost performance of defense programs from kickoff to close. Lead proposals, coordinate with engineering and customers, and manage cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, DoD program experience and the ability to navigate government contracting requirements. Hybrid telework options may apply; located in the DC area if onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, supply chain or business
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting

Responsibilities

• Direct daily execution to meet cost, schedule and performance goals
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of programs/projects
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Business Development
