CAES Defense Systems Division seeks a Principal Program Manager to support key programs interfacing with Prime Contract customers. You will manage all stages of the program life cycle, coordinating internal engineering and manufacturing plans, and reporting to customers to ensure on-time contract obligations.

You will lead development of program plans, monitor budgets and financials, and drive risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance and successful execution across proposals and contracts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum eight (8)+ years’ experience in program management with a concentration in the electronics/communications industry supporting U.S. DOD or foreign military governments.
• Bachelor's Degree and eleven (11)+ years' experience in a technical, business, or financial discipline with professional level courses in contract administration.
• Aerospace and/or defense industry experience.
• Experience in Technology Development Programs, manufacturing technical products, and/or RF/Microwave Products.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience as a key advisor and managing program(s) that reflect moderate risk and complexity or deputy responsibility for a large complex program.
• This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM.) Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible for clearance processing for this role.

Mansioni

• Initiate, orchestrate, review, approve and timely submit program proposals.
• Coordinate proposal inputs with other departments and review RFp requirements.
• Reviews Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for labor and materials; prepares BOEs for Program Management in support of proposal prep.
• Participates in contract negotiations with internal staff and customers; maintains liaison with customer representatives.
• Lead development and maintenance of program plans and budgets covering technical, financial and schedule aspects.
• Monitor orders, revenue, profit, and cash to keep programs on track; ensure estimates and EACs meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR and other government, company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and manage risk and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
