Keel is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across complex, multi-disciplinary programs. You will drive cross-organizational alignment, optimize execution, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery that supports customer commitments and company goals.

You will lead end-to-end planning, governance, and reporting, manage risks and budgets, mentor junior staff, and partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and fabrication partners to resolve issues and sustain

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive program management or project management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments required; heavy plate fabrication or welding related industries preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Deep understanding of program/project management principles, including planning, critical path management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and financial oversight.
Proficiency with ERP systems; IFS experience preferred.
High proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SmartSheet and Power BI experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing communications and executive level reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, and AWS codes preferred.
Strong leadership with track record of delivering programs on time and with high quality.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of assigned programs, aligning with budgets and timelines.
Own program-level performance metrics and provide executive reporting on schedules, financials, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and plans with clear documentation and escalation processes.
Act as primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders with effective communication and relationship stewardship.
Provide leadership across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality.
Oversee work orders, change requests, and customer invoicing while ensuring compliance with contracts and controls.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and pursue opportunities to improve quality, throughput, and profitability.
Guide creation of program documentation, executive presentations, and reviews for internal and external audiences.
Manage technical data, configuration control, and program documentation requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturing and fabrication partners to resolve issues and meet program objectives.
Mentor junior program staff on PM tools, processes, and best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
