Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the SBS II program under FAA initiatives in a high-impact federal environment. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate cost, schedule, and technical performance, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities include leading program reviews, managing resources, and driving program execution across engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree with extensive PM experience; otherwise 13 years of related work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SBS II program across all phases from planning to closure.
• Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance to contractual commitments.
• Coordinate proposals, SOWs, budgets, and financial terms with stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach program teams; drive improvements to processes and tools.
• Communicate status and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
