Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a modernization program delivering a modular software suite across multiple warfighting functions. You will plan, execute, and deliver key objectives on schedule and within budget while aligning with Government requirements.

The role spans cloud and tactical edge environments and involves managing a diverse technical and operational team on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) years or more of related experience.
• Ten (10+) years in program management, with at least 5 years leading defense or interagency programs at operational or acquisition level.
• Experience leading multi-vendor software or systems programs across full development lifecycle; proficient with IMS, EVM, risk reporting.
• Experience with agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and DevSecOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program planning, execution, and delivery across cloud and edge environments.
• Maintain IMS, risk registers, resource plans, and performance baselines with real-time visibility.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government stakeholders, vendors, and development teams.
• Evaluate performance across systems engineering, software development, integration, cybersecurity, and UX.
