HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above.
• Leads a team of IT professionals and watch officers that maintain, develop, and operate a suite of applications that provides operational information to DTRA leadership.
• Works closely with DTRA leadership to define requirements and priorities, develop plans, and communicate status.
• Applies project and program management techniques and principles to control cost, schedule, and scope.
• Experience in proposal development and Task Order Solicitations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Program/project management experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
• Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and oral communication capabilities
• Preferred Skills: PMP preferred
• Location: Customer Site; some telework is possible
• US Citizenship Required

Total Rewards at GDIT

• The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
• Travel Required: Less than 10%
