Job summary

Gates Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Data Center Pumps initiatives, including new product development, customer programs, and strategic projects. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor performance to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires 8+ years in manufacturing/engineering project management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, or related technical environments.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects through the full lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Data Center Pumps initiatives, including new product development, product enhancements, customer programs, and strategic business projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain project success.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
