Job summary

AMD is seeking a high‑visibility Program Manager to lead key engineering initiatives in the Data Center GPU group. You will guide programs from concept through execution, coordinating with hardware, firmware, software, and driver teams to ensure objectives are met across development, validation, and delivery.

The role requires several years of validation experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to communicate with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Formal project management training; PMP certification preferred.
  • Hands-on validation experience with hardware and software.
  • Experience with validation planning, schedules, risk, and sign-off processes.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to meet objectives across development, validation, and delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end program execution across hardware, firmware, software, and drivers.
  • Develop and manage integrated program schedules with dependencies.
  • Resource planning and staffing for validation teams.
  • Maintain formal program artifacts and KPIs.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
