Job summary

The International Erosion Control Association is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate design development, budgeting, bidding, procurement, and constructability efforts in preconstruction, then manage execution, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and financial tracking in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for project execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders in Procore or other PM systems.
• Create and monitor project schedules with field teams and subcontractors, track budgets and financial reporting.
