Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Lead Program Manager to drive CXone infrastructure projects and cross-department initiatives from concept to completion. You will coordinate development, monitoring, and compliance activities, while translating non-technical requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience desired.
• 5+ years of Program, Project, or Product Management experience using formal techniques and principles
• 1+ years of demonstrated success defining and launching products
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience writing software specifications
• 2+ years of project leadership in a cross-functional environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, and other modern development methodologies
• PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• The Program Manager collaborates with Product Management to disseminate market requirements and concepts into actionable work items for Project Managers, Analysts, Engineers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.
• The Program Manager executes the product vision through the project lifecycle to ensure program goals are met.
• Interface with teams across the enterprise to drive, plan, and implement assigned program objectives.
• Be the primary conduit for project status, direction, and escalations with Executive Management and sponsoring individuals.
• Work closely with Product Management to break down product backlog items and disseminate them into technical requirements.
