Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Program Manager to drive the CXone product line through the SDLC, collaborating with Product Management, Architects, Developers, and QA to deliver on-time, on-budget releases. You will lead planning, refine backlog items into technical requirements, and serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in product/SDLC leadership, strong communication, and a proven ability to translate non-technical concepts into actionable specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project leadership in cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years in a key software development lifecycle role and product launches.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, or similar methodologies; Scrum Master preferred.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable work items.
• Drive product vision through the software development lifecycle to meet program goals.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to plan, estimate, document, and deliver features on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as Scrum Master for several teams and manage release planning across environments.
• Provide timely status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders; identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Lead staff selection, coaching, and performance evaluations; share knowledge with peers.
