Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Program Manager to guide NICE CXone software features from concept to delivery. You will drive governance, planning, and standardization across engineering, product, and QA teams to meet program goals.

You will partner with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable work, lead multiple teams through the software development lifecycle, manage releases, and remove roadblocks to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, and other modern development methodologies.
• Proactive and able to remove roadblocks to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable work items for Architects, Software Engineers, and QA.
• Drive the software development lifecycle to ensure program goals are met.
• Interface with teams across the company to plan and implement software objectives.
• Lead multiple teams, ensuring plans, estimates, documents and products deliver features on schedule and within budget.
• Perform the scrum master role for multiple teams.
• Coordinate Release Management to schedule and drive releases.
• Provide timely status updates, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product Management for product launches and documentation.
• Maintain deep understanding of the product from the end-user perspective.
