Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience required.
• Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional COB, TPL, and Subrogation initiatives with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate work across operational teams, track deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources and risks.
• Oversee program status, documentation and compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate status to management and stakeholders.
