Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a senior program manager to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee cross-functional initiatives across COB, TPL, Subrogation, and Recovery Operations. You will coordinate vendors, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver defined requirements while aligning with regulatory readiness and cost-of-care improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred; knowledge of COB, TPL, Subrogation, Recovery Operations, Payment Integrity, or Claims Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare reimbursement and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet business needs.
• Lead cross-functional COB, TPL, and Subrogation initiatives across multiple health plans and lines of business.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, track deliverables, manage issues, and ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders; identify resources, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed business process documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
