Job summary

Axon Enterprise in Sterling, VA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end launches of our counter-UAS solutions across hardware, firmware, software, and networks. You will work at the intersection of engineering execution, operational readiness, and customer needs to drive field deployment from readiness through deployment.

You will translate program risk into a clear launch plan, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive go/no-go decisions while balancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program or launch management experience in defense/public safety or hardware/software products.
• Experience with RF, radar, camera, networking, firmware and software stacks is a plus.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and launch readiness in high-dependency environments.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness and go/no-go governance for defense solutions across hardware, firmware, software and network workstreams.
• Build and drive a cross-functional launch plan coordinating RF, ME, EE, firmware, software, compliance, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
• Translate requirements into launch criteria and risk gates for field deployment.
• Collaborate with external vendors to align timelines and dependencies.
• Drive trade-offs across BOM cost, capabilities, schedule, manufacturability and quality.
